“Mother Mary” was painted upon commission by a woman that found me on the internet. She had an accident where a tanker truck hit her car and she was engulfed in flames and had a near-death experience. She left her body and was hovering over the scene. She had Mother Mary appear to her several times and was so moved by the experience that she commissioned me to paint “Mother Mary” for her.
 
   
This woman would later be responsible for getting “World Peace Angel" to Gorbachev and present it to him in the White House with the help of Russian interpreters.
